Christmas Tree Lighting weekends are our most popular weekends during the year. The actual lighting festival is on both saturday and sunday. We try not to price gouge, but we do favor those guests able to spend Sunday night

Minimum stay for Christmas Tree Lighting weekends is two (2) nights, either friday/saturday or sunday/monday

No refunds for early departures.

Studios are priced for up to three (3) guests at $429 total for friday/saturday and $279 total for sunday/monday.

One-bedroom suite is priced for four (4) guests at $529 total for friday/saturday and $359 total for sunday/monday.

Two-bedroom suites are priced for eight (8) guests at $629 total for friday/saturday and $429 total for sunday/monday.

You can add thursday night for $39.

You can add tuesday night for $29.

Parking is included for one car.

Reservations are confirmed with a nonrefundable booking fee of $25 (yes it applies to the room charge). Cancellations at least two weeks before the check-in date forfeit only the booking fee. Your credit card will be charged the full price two weeks before the check-in date. Cancellations, REGARDLESS OF REASON (family emergency, work, nuclear holocast, mountain pass closures, etc), on less then two weeks notice, will result in a partial refund up to fifty percent, but only if the cancelled room is rerented. Please do not make a reservation unless your plans are definite. And if you have to cancel, please do so at least two weeks in advance. If you do not want to risk losing your $$$, then wait until the morning you want to stay; check with your family, your boss and the weather channel. That way your only risk is finding an available room.
